V - DELIVERY

For any delivery outside the European Union, any customs clearance fees are to be foreseen at the time of delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard delivery by So Colissimo. Deliveries are generally made within 2 working days from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The order is handed over against signature to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. In case of absence at the time of delivery, a delivery notice is left so that the Customer can pick up his package at the nearest post office. Packages are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In the event of non withdrawal within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL which, after having attempted to contact the Customer to agree on a new delivery, will proceed, in the event of failure, to reimbursement, including delivery costs, within 5 days of receipt of the package returned by Colissimo.
The usual delivery times are 3 to 4 working days in France and 4 to 8 working days abroad according to the country of destination. The time limits indicated are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in routing which is not its doing.
Delayed delivery In the event that the customer does not receive his parcel within 10 working days, he has the option to cancel his order.
In the 5 business days following the request for cancellation by the customer, GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL will make a request for reimbursement from the customer's bank or PayPal account.
Delivery made Each delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the package is made available to the Customer, in particular by the carrier, materialised by the control system used by the carrier, such as the delivery tracking system proposed on the La Poste website concerning "So Colissimo" for deliveries in France.
It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that would appear justified, or even to refuse the parcel, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of Deterioration. VII - REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds of the products in the assumptions referred to in article II and VI shall be carried out by GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL within a maximum period of 5 days after the receipt by the company of the said products.
VIII - INFORMATICS AND FREEDOMS
