What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within France and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
In France, returns are free for purchases of €300 or more.
For orders under this amount and for returns from abroad, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, or in installments through Klarna.
All transactions are 100% secure.
Where are your parts manufactured?
Our textiles are carefully selected in India, particularly our silk crepe saris.
Our pure alpaca ponchos are handmade in Peru by a community of Aymara women using traditional techniques.
