GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PREAMBLE
www.handsoon.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") is published by GUYLAINE TILLEAU, a limited liability company with capital of €2,000, whose registered office is located at 27 Rue Jasmin, 75016 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 823 904 388, intra-community VAT number FR 13 82 390 43 88 (hereinafter referred to as the HAND.SØ.ON Company HAND.SØ.ON . All orders placed on the website www.handsoon.fr are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale.
The company GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the site www.handsoon.fr at the time of the order.
 
I - THE CUSTOMER
The Client declares to be a natural or legal person and has the legal capacity to make an order on the site. 
When registering the customer's personal data in the "My Account" section, the Client must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the wording of the addressee's details, GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
 
II - THE PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The company GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL provides the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to satisfy the best information of the customer. However, non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. III-THE ORDER

In application of the provisions of article L 121-20-3 of the consumer Code, in case of unavailability of the product ordered, the customer then has the faculty:
-To be delivered from a product of quality and equivalent price, within the limits of the stocks available;
-either to be reimbursed the price of the product or service ordered within 30 days of its request.
 
IV - PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. price determination
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included excluding participation in the shipping costs. The total price of the order (all taxes and postage included) is indicated on the payment page.
For deliveries outside French territory, the provisions of the general tax Code relating to VAT will apply.
GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the registration of the order, subject to availability.

2. payment modality
The products are payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
The payment of purchases is made by means of a credit card through the secure PAYPAL system which uses the SSL protocol (secure Socket Layer) in such a way that the transmitted information is encrypted by a software and that no third party can Get acquainted during transport on the network. The customer guarantees that he is fully entitled to use the payment card or his PayPal account for the payment of his order.

It is up to the customer to register and print their payment certificate if they wish to keep their bank details and their transaction.

3. Recorded data
The data recorded and stored by the Company Guylaine Tilleau SARL is proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.
 
V - DELIVERY
Delivery is made at the delivery address indicated by the customer, as it must be the address of residence of the customer or any other natural or legal person of his choice domiciled in France (including Dom-Tom) or abroad. However, GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL reserves the right to refuse certain orders originating from abroad for reasons of regulation or practical difficulties in order to carry its products. In this case, it will inform the customer by email within 5 days after the order concerned and will reimburse all the sums received for this order within 5 days of sending this email.
Delivery cannot be made in post boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

GUYLAINE TILLEAU delivers to all of the following countries: Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra, Overseas France (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Reunion Island, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna), European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), Slovenia, Sweden), Europe - outside the European Union (Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), North America (Canada, United States of America), Oceania (Australia, New Caledonia, New Zealand), Asia (South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore).

For any delivery outside the European Union, any customs clearance fees are to be foreseen at the time of delivery. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries are usually made within 2 business days from Monday to Friday, except on a public holiday. The order is delivered against signature at the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. In case of absence during delivery, a notice of passage is left so that the customer picks up his parcel at the nearest post office. Packages are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. If the carrier does not withdraw within the carrier's time frame, the products will be returned to Guylaine Tilleau SARL which, after trying to contact the Customer to agree on a new delivery, will, in case of failure, proceed to the refund, including delivery costs, within 5 days of receipt of the parcel returned by Colissimo.

The usual delivery times are 3 to 4 business days in France and 4 to 8 business days abroad, depending on the destination country. The times indicated are approximate, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. GUYLAINE TILLEAU cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not its fault.

Delayed delivery
If the customer does not receive their package within 10 business days, they have the right to cancel their order.
In the 5 business days following the request for cancellation by the customer, GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL will make a request for reimbursement from the customer's bank or PayPal account.

Delivery made
Each delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the parcel is made available to the customer, in particular by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier, such as the delivery tracking system offered on the website of La Post for "So Colissimo" for deliveries in France.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or shows obvious signs of damage. Such reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three working days of delivery of the products, and a copy must be sent immediately to GUYLAINE TILLEAU .

VI - RIGHT OF RETRACTION
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which he may exercise without cause, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by the return, at his own expense, of new products under the following conditions:

- the product must be properly protected, in its original packaging (box or dust bag), in a perfect condition of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation,

- The product must be accompanied by the sales invoice in order to allow GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL to identify the customer (Order No., surname, first name, address).

The company GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL will reimburse the customer the sums paid, including the cost of shipping at the slow rate, under the conditions referred to in the following article VII.

VII - REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds of the products in the assumptions referred to in article II and VI shall be carried out by GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL within a maximum period of 5 days after the receipt by the company of the said products.

VIII - INFORMATICS AND FREEDOMS
The information collected by Guylaine TILLEAU Sarl during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the suppliers of the company Guylaine TILLEAU Sarl Involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that these same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of the analysis of the orders and the fight against the credit card fraud. According to the data protection Law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion to the information concerning him.

X - APPLICABLE LAW
Any order carries the customer's adherence to the general conditions of sale as of right. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent. In case of difficulty or complaint on the occasion of an order, the customer can contact the customer Service to find an amicable solution.
