Refund Policy

Individual customers have the right to cancel their order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of delivery. This right may be exercised by returning the unused products at their own expense, subject to the following conditions:

- the product must be properly protected, in its original packaging (box or dust bag), in a perfect condition of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation,
 
- The product must be accompanied by the sales invoice in order to allow GUYLAINE TILLEAU SARL to identify the customer (Order No., surname, first name, address).

GUYLAINE TILLEAU will refund the Customer the amounts paid, including standard shipping costs, in accordance with the terms set forth in Article VII of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
